The orzo browning should not stick to the pan with olive oil it should just toast. They are to be toasted raw and then steam cooked afterwards

I cook and bake a lot and I thought it was counterintuitive and knew it would most likely result in a sticky pan situation, but I went against my inclinations and did it according to the recipe because I had never made it before. I usually just default too the recipe unless I have absolutely no doubt that the recipe has some misinformation in it. Thanks for looking into it to help others!
