OK. This is VERY good!! I've only had store-bought caramel sauce, and this is WAY better than that!! I made it to go over a sweet potato cheesecake. I can't wait for Christmas dessert!! I added a half teaspoon of vanilla extract, but, other than that, I followed the recipe. It took longer than the recipe said, but I didn't want to burn it, so I didn't have the heat up as much as I probably should have. The outcome is worth the time.
