They taste delicious! Texture was chewy due to the peppermint in the batter. I used a blender to crush the peppermints so they were finer than in the video/recipe which is I think why the cookies came out flatter than in the recipe. Will have to hand crush these peppermints next time! Very tasty nonetheless.
