I would give this recipe a solid 4/5. The crust is a little strange if you've never worked with phyllo before. The description was a bit vague on how to do it, so it ended up being too thick. I'll probably opt for a traditional pie crust next time. The filling is amazing! The fresh Italian herbs really level it up. I did add about a tablespoon of better that bouillon paste to give it a more chicken flavor. Overall, I'll definitely be using this recipe again :)

The recipe called for puff pastry, not phyllo. That might be the problem.
