Very nice cookie, even better day 2 (they get a good oatmeal chew after sitting). Watch while baking, edges will burn easily. Added extra cinnamon and ginger into frosting, and drizzled on top rather than dipping as cookies were soft and would break in stiff icing. Great for gifting.
