Doubled recipe. Air fried the gnocchi sprayed with olive oil while putting the rest of the soup together. Sautéed carrots, celery, onion, and garlic as written. Used 3 cans of cream of chicken + 1 can cream of celery and about 7 cups chicken broth due to not having cream on hand. Shredded 1 whole rotisserie chicken. Added mushrooms at same time as spinach. Did not add additional salt.
