These came out great! Moist and oh so decadent. I weighed everything using a kitchen scale. With my stand mixer, these were quick and easy to prepare. I made them in a variety of sizes and all of them worked. They are pretty labor-intensive with regards to icing -- just time-consuming, not hard -- but the final product is worth it. If you're looking for a twist, try using raspberry extract in the icing instead of vanilla. Delicious!
