FANTASTIC! The chicken was moist, the light amount of lemon zest made the veggies stand out, and cauliflower rice was a great way to fill in the gaps. ONLY qualm is there isn’t a sauce suggested until the very end so I didn’t have time to make or buy. It was texturally dry altogether, but I made notes to self on how to improve next attempt. Would recommend.
