Easy weeknight meal. It came out great and we made extra to have for lunch! We served it wrapped in Stonefire Naan with cucumber, greens and feta. We made a slightly different yogurt sauce from another recipe but followed the marinade to a T. The amount of marinade seemed a bit low for the 2 lbs of chicken the recipe called for but it was perfect for 4 boneless thighs (1.25 lbs). Also the cooking time was way off. We baked it for 10 minutes then broiled for 4.
