ETA: If using large flakes, consider using a blender to make them a little smaller for inside the pie, but leave big for top.
Made it for my pie loving husband, who loved it enough to gorge on two slices in a row! The whole family enthusiastically approved- it won’t last very long 😂
It’s a very sweet pie, even with unsweetened coconut. The custard is creamy, and the taste is delicious.
