Would definitely make again
Was a bit too salty for my taste (maybe omit salting the chicken or reduce the amount of sambal or try another less salty chili paste.
I'd be more hesitant about reducing the fish sauce because the "funk" wad great with the dish.
The pineapples soaked alot of saltiness and became practically edible (try cooking half in the sauce (for taste) and half on the side (just glaze them afterwards)
