Followed directions from some of the comments on the page and did the following:
-Used 2 bags of mixed veggies
-Thinned soup mixture down with milk by feel--got it to a better consistency
-added garlic and onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and pepper
-baked just the filling at 400 degrees loosely covered with tin foil for 25 minutes
-took off tin foil, put on pastry, put back on tin foil, baked at 375 for another 15 minutes
-took tin foil off and baked until tip if pastry golden brown!
This gsve the filling more time to cook the veggies from frozen while also heating it to help cook the pastry from underneath! Came out well and was very fast and easy to put together!
