Couldn't access instructions so had to wing it. Fried off sausage, chorizo and onion. Then added all diced veg and cooked through. Added spices and cooked for a minute then chopped tomatoes and let simmer. Into boats with cheese. I added some hot chilli powder to spice mix. Very tasty.
