I spilled my pasta water in the sink 😔. I'm definitely going to try again. Tasted good, but needed that sauce. I cook my bacon in the oven until soft because I cook a whole package at a time, and then cut up what recipe needs with kitchen shears and throw in pan with some of the grease that baked. I don't use olive oil. There was plenty of bacon grease.
