Baked it in a regular aluminum (non stick) pan in a water bath. Turned the oven off after 45 min and left the pan in the oven for another 10 minutes before removing everything from the oven. Left it in the water bath as it cooled. The water helps moderate the temperature and prevents the cake from sinking
