Takes a long time (between prep work and caramelizing the onions), but it came out nicely.
Wasn't too salty, as French onion sometimes is.
I did think the gravy was getting a bit clumpy from adding the flour in to the broth, but it turned out ok
Would cut chicken into smaller pieces next time to get a better balance between the chicken flavor and gravy flavor. Personally, I would like more cheese, but my husband seemed to think I was crazy when I said that
