Decent, not sure I would make again. Definitely liked the spiced and technique. Would differently use them for 3ejja!!! (Omitting the tamarind and sugar of course)
Tastes like 3ejja with a hint of sweetness.
Used 2/3 quantities of pomegranate molasses (as a tamarind substitute) and brown sugar. Always add to taste (maybe a bit less sugar next time)
Used 1/3 quantity shrimp and it felt like it's too much for the sauce.
Definitely needed more heat. Used double amount of cayenne and ended up adding some crushed pepper flakes.
Triee it with bread and plain rice. Preferred bread.
