I forgot to take a picture, but I took 2.25 lbs. of mixed boneless chicken. I used breast and thigh. I put it in my Cosori PC for 9 minutes, and they were SO dry. Not sure how, as the recipes calls for 8-10 minutes for fresh chicken. I chose a middle number to be safe due to thicker breast portions. I’ll “go to” with it if I can get it right. Will try it again for 7 minutes for a Chef’s Temp of 155°. Any feedback is welcome.
