Yum! Much better than a previous egg roll bowl I made. I used what I had on hand, so some ingredients were different — olive oil, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, one small yellow onion instead of green onions. I also added in some garlic chili crunch instead of red pepper. Served with jasmine rice. The one bit of feedback I would offer is that the juice of one whole lime in the sauce is a LOT. Maybe my lime was just big, but next time I will add it tablespoon by tablespoon.
