Great recipe with a couple tweaks. First, soaked raisins in a water/vanilla/sugar/rum solution to plump. Adjusted recipe to make only 2 loaves, but still needed about .5-1 cup more flour to make a dough that wasn't too sticky. Also added tsp vanilla, tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and more salt than called for to dough before proofing. Brushed beaten egg over rolled-out dough (about 16x11) before adding filling (which had a little less than one cup total of white and brown sugar along with the cinnamon).
