This is amazing, the homemade tzatziki and red wine dressing really made this come together. I didn’t measure anything, just tried and tasted as I went. Everything blended together well and I went with a diy Greek seasoning that worked just fine. Definitely one of the best salads I’ve had, this is a go to!
