I decided to give this smoothie my own twist, and it turned out absolutely amazing. It boasts a delightful nutty, mildly pistachio-flavored goodness. Instead of using frozen banana, I went with a fresh one. I made a swap with the spinach too, using two frozen spinach brickets (12g each) instead of fresh. In place of almond milk, I opted for yogurt, and for a touch of sweetness, I threw in seven dates instead of the suggested half. The result? A deliciously unique blend that I can't get enough of!
