This wasn't a bad recipe, but it also isn't a recipe to which I'll be running back any time soon - it may be to some folks' tastes, just not mine. I will clarify that I made the recipe using the Instant Pot (IP) directions on the site, which says to add a full can of diced tomatoes along with their juice to prevent an IP burn warning - this is different from the stovetop and crock pot directions which don't add the diced tomatoes. I will agree with many of the commenters on the site from which I got the recipe, that the recipe is missing something (some onion and green chilies perhaps). To me it seemed pretty bland for chili, which leaves me wondering if adding the can of tomatoes w/ juice diluted it.
