The curd was delicious! But for us, the cake itself was not very tasty. It was not very sweet, or appetizing. It could’ve been fluffier which maybe was our fault rather than the recipe but we’re not sure. I would not make it again as there are so many simple lemon cake recipes that come together better. It was fun to make though.
