It was a great easy recipe. Used two large ass potatoes, and realized it was a lot of potatoes. Doubled the rest of the recipe, including the kielbasa using a whole sausage. Was really good. Only did corn for veggies, could probably do a frozen bag. Fried kielbasa on the side while boiling the potatoes. It’s not a creamy, cheesy, soup, but yummy.
