I found the sauce didn’t really thicken up and was too watery for my liking. Next time I’d ensure the sauce is nice and thick before going into the oven by adding extra purée and pouring stick in in batches (not all at once like I did!).
(I added some grated Parmesan to the top which obv can be left out if veggie or on a diet!).
Flavour overall was very nice!
