Got bored, had a bunch of overripe bananas, and wanted to be creative using them. These are really, really good. The mixture looks like it's going to be too dry, but they turn out to be these soft, chewy little cookies that remind you of a tub of Magnolia's. I love banana pudding and I am somewhat particular about how it's made, and in spite of that, these cookies exceeded my expectations greatly. Honestly follow the recipe - it's great as-is.
