This is delicious. I don't know if it is actually the "Absolute Best" but I have made a lot of lentil soups and so far this is the best one I have tasted! It certainly gets our vote.
I followed the advice of one reviewer and added a dollop of Greek Yogurt and a squeeze of fresh lemon to the tops of the bowls. Big hit!
