I’d like to preface this note by admitting that I am the problem with most recipes. I couldn’t find quinoa flakes or pumpkin seeds at the two stores I went to and I just decided to make them without. I also realised that my baking tray had gone missing at some point so I ended up making these in silicone cupcake cases. Either way, this recipe was very forgiving and they turned out great. I added extra sesame seeds and some peanuts for flavour and protein. I will definitely be making them again, perhaps with the right ingredients next time!
