This was delicious! I have tried a number of instant pot beef stroganoff recipes and none turned out well and it's a pretty pricey dish to be wasting so this was my one last try and I'm so glad I tried just one more recipe! I didn't have capers, they weren't available locally but apart from that they only change I made was thickening the sauce a bit more.
