We love this recipe! Make sure to use a large sheet pan and resist the urge to drizzle the remaining chicken marinade over everything... Having things too crowded and having too much liquid on the pan makes it all soggier than it should be. Don't skip the yogurt sauce, it really ties it all together. I'll probably add a little lemon juice to the yogurt sauce next time... maybe some dill as well.
