I like the idea of frying onions in chickpea flour.
Adds the chickpea flavor and a nice crunch (if you nail the consistency which is a bit hard to).
I didn't like the chutney. Was too sweet (even though I used 2/3 of what was recommended) and overwhelmingly minty (but stale minty not fresh minty). Even adding a bit more coriander didn't save it norv more lemon juice.
