Be careful with your oven timings as its coffee and you won't tell from colour alone. It is best to look for the gap between the edge of the sponge and the tin to tell you when it's baked (as well as the bounce back).
Delicious recipe, I added a slightly higher concentration of coffee for taste since I love it!
