Wow, it's really good! I'm glad I tried that recipe🎇 it will be hard to only take the one serving per meal🥲
However it makes waaaay too much liquid, so next time I will either not put the full amount of bouillon or reduce it by a lot beforehand, because I had to put everything through a strainer and got a lot of leftover liquid. (I'll turn it into some gravy of sorts because it's definitely too good to go down the drain!).
For the chicken bits I used leftover from an 86eats vegan baked chicken breast recipe.
Be careful when buying your groceries, it only lists ONE puff pastry, but you definitely need two in order to cover the top !
