This was easier than I thought I didn’t really follow the video. I added 1 tbl onion flakes and 1/2 tsp of salt to the hamburger meat before dropping them in the soup. I used acini de Pepe noodles instead which cooked a lot faster and did 3/4 cup instead of half. At the end I added a 1/4 tsp of pepper. The carrots and celery were a nice texture and sweetness as well. I had it with herbed butter and sesame bread on the side.
