This was delicious! Definitely not a weeknight recipe, it took a hot minute to do. But it makes leftovers. I made a half batch and changed a few things: I made sourdough drop biscuits on top because that’s what I like. I also added some rubbed sage and some kinders brand buttery poultry seasoning to the gravy. And instead of making the gravy in a separate pen, I put all the ingredients for that in with the vegetables after they were sautéed and allowed it to thicken there. One less dish, yay!
