Okay so I was really hurting and making cauliflower steaks with jalapeño chimichurri. I had neither jalapeño nor parsley but I did have cilantro for another recipe so I went looking for a cilantro equivalent and found this. I made with garlic powder and onion powder, because like I said, I was hurting. It worked surprisingly well
