I had this at a local recipe. Gluten free and vegan and had to make it. This is the only recipe I found and it had all the ingredients listed on the restaurant menu. I did not use fish sauce.
I don’t know if it is because I only had liquid aminos but the tamari amount is a little high for my taste. It is a little spicy so cut back on the cayenne if that is to your taste. I also used about a third of a jar of passata instead of canned tomatoes because that is all I had.
