Absolutely amazing recipe!! I topped with flaky salt, a little olive oil, minced garlic, garlic oil, and Asiago cheese - HEAVENLY. I also used a glass 9x13 since I didn’t have metal. It was much thicker than I thought it would be, but not in a bad way at all. I will search for a metal quarter sheet pan, but I may also try this is a half sheet…it was *that* thick! Next time I’ll also take her advice and bake a little longer…this was 18 minutes and excellent, but could still stand to be a little crispier for me personally (and my oven runs right on temp).
