I changed a few things about the recipe, but it still turned out perfect! To speed up cooking time and for convenience, I cooked my tuna cakes in a basket style air fryer. Only took 8 minutes at 400 degrees F for crispy outside and piping hot insides! Also, I traded traditional potatoes for potato flakes (instant potatoes) and simply warmed milk with butter until the butter was melted. It all came together wonderfully. Best quick, delicious, and filling lunch item I have enjoyed in a while. 10/10 would recommend.
