Was not hard at all although, it did take me longer than the time stated (it was my first time making bread that wasn’t banana bread or in a bread machine so lol). I added dried rosemary, some Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes ontop along with some sea salt (not flaky as I don’t own any unfortunately) and a little bit of black pepper! I was not expecting it to rise as much as it did and I need to master my dimpling technique but I am VERY happy with this! Anything wrong with it is user error! Also the fact that my oven absolutely sucks and I had to bake it for 45 minutes (last 15 with it at 440). It’s a known issue with my oven LOL! But seriously, try this recipe! It also did not dry out inside even with baking that long. I did drizzle olive oil on top when I raised the temp and I also moved it up to the middle rack and it did help it bake better. Again, any mistakes were user error or oven error! Fantastic recipe!
