I halved the recipe so I put all the noodles in which required 2 extra cups of chicken broth. I also didn't use any mushrooms. The noodles are good but could use some seasoning in the dough (oregano, sage. Basil). I also cooked this for 8 hours on low in a crock pot, then transferred it to a pot to cook the noodles. Freezing the noodles helps them not stick when adding them to the pot. 8/10
