← Replies in Muffin-Tin Omelets with Feta & Peppers Recipe

I didn't have feta so I added Mexican cheese and cheddar/Colby jack. Left out olives bc hubby isn't a fan. Otherwise followed the recipe and they came out perfectly! Don't know why i haven't made these sooner!
