Basically peel the potatoes. Use Russet.
I dice mine.
Put in a pot with water.
Boil the water out.
Pour out the water.
Put back on the stove to make sure all water is gone.
Mash.
Add milk and butter and seasonings to taste. Add extra seasonings bc potatoes soak up everything.
Easy.
