As you can see, I did not wait long enough for the chocolate to cool down and ended up with a very grainy mouse with chocolate ‘pips’ throughout. Disappointing- but my own fault. Will give it another go and will maybe try with orange zest to tone down the strong cocoa flavour.
It was a lot of effort for what it was though so won’t to make it again.
