This is the BEST sweet potato wedges recipe I’ve ever attempted. Came out SO delicious, just crispy enough, perfectly cooked through and full of flavor. Will make again and again! Tip: just toss the wedges by hand in a large bowl first, to coat in corn starch—Ziplock method did NOT work for me, so I immediately switched to a bowl. Then tossed them in seasonings followed by drizzle of oil with two wooden spoons. Worked perfectly.
