Fantastic dish!. Followed the recipe to the letter plus added some chopped dried apricots to the marinade. I halved the recipe using six bone in thighs and two large chicken breasts cut in half. Poured the wine over the chicken then sprinkled the brown sugar over the meat just prior to baking. This easily served six… so good! Served with roast carrots, green beans and red onion and brown basmati rice with pine nuts and chopped parsley.
