This brilliant Elk Burger is from a cool dude blog! It is the best Elk burger ever! Easy to make, and the cold butter in the patty mix keeps the meat juicy! This is a fabulous, quickie dinner if you’re someone who is able to have Elk ground meat laying around! A keeper! Next time I’m gonna try an elk meat tamale pie, just for fun!
