It tastes okay, so I may do it again someday, but with my own cooking instructions. I don't typically cook chicken thighs on the stove top because they don't cook all the way through. I thought this might be different. I cooked these for longer than the recipe suggested, and more after the sauce was done, but they were all still raw inside. Right down to the smallest one.
I do like the flavors, so I may brown the chicken in a pan, then transfer to the oven on the future.
