A good home made lasagne always takes quite a bit of prep, and that’s certainly the case with this recipe but it’s absolutely worth it. I followed the recipe precisely and the end result was brilliant: nice deep flavours and a great balance between ragu and béchamel. This is now my go to recipe for lasagne.
